Manuel Hernandez Sr.

Manuel Hernandez, Sr., 52, passed away on April 25, 2010. Manuel was born in Corpus Christi, Texas to Guadalupe and Petra Hernandez on January 12, 1958. Manuel was a loving husband, father, and grandfather who will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Manuel is survived by his loving wife of thirty-three years Norma Hernandez, daughters: Rosie (Michael) Perez, Jessica (Tony Portales) Hernandez, Jeanette (David Benavides) Hernandez, Ruby (John Garcia) Hernandez, Naomi Hernandez, son: Manuel (Marilynn Rivera) Hernandez, Jr.; grandchildren: Michael Anthony Perez, Jr., Joe David Perez, Jordan Rocky Perez, Ryan Matthew Perez, Tony Portales IV, Juliana Marie Portales, Mariah Nicole Benavides, John Anthony Garcia III, Jason Matthew Garcia; four brothers; five sisters; numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. on Thursday, April 29, 2010 at Funeraria del Angel Chapel with a Rosary to be held at 7:00 P.M. that same evening.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church at 10:00 AM on Friday, April 30, 2010. Interment to follow at Rose Hill Cemetery.
