Maria Guadalupe Mendoza

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 26 years Jose Nieves Rodriguez; daughter, Esperanza Rodriguez Mendoza; and a son, Eusebio Rodriguez Mendoza.

She enjoyed playing and winning bingo, lotteria, and scratch off tickets. She loved fashion jewelry. Maria was loved by all who knew her.

She was a nurturing mother, grandmother and great grandmother and had a smile that was contagious to all.

She is survived by her children, Benigna R. Martinez (Sammy), Maria Concepcion Rodriguez, Manuel Rodriguez (Gloria), Sergio Rodriguez (Maria D.); ten grandchildren, Brenda Jeanette, Marcos, Manuel Jr., Andrea, Brenda Patricia, Daniel, Gracie, Jennifer, Sergio Jr., Brandy; fifteen great grandchildren; her siblings, Gregoria Suarez, Magdalena Garza, Aurelia Mendoza, and Juan Mendoza.

A visitation will be held at Funeraria del Angel on Tuesday, August 9, 2016 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Prayer Service to begin at 7:00 p.m.

A Funeral Service will be celebrated at Funeraria Del Angel on Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at 1:30 p.m. with Interment to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Manuel Rodriguez Jr., Sergio Rodriguez Jr., Daniel Rodriguez, Richard Acosta, Micky Mechell, Ab Mechell, Jose Ramon, and Richard Martinez.
