She was born on June 30, 1953 to Gregorio and Raquel Cantu. She was a 1971 graduate of Foy H. Moody HS. She was employed for many years with AEP and had many wonderful and generous friends there, who have supported her tremendously through her illness.
Mary and her husband of 46 years, Tony, had 4 children: Melanie, Chris (Mary), Tracy, and Samantha (James) and 3 grandsons: Joey, Jacob, and Joshua, whom she loved very much.
Mary was an active member of St. Helena of the True Cross Catholic Church.
She is survived by her mother, Raquel Cantu; siblings: Bertha (Paul), Robert (Lina), Laura (Victor), and Roland (Ida) and many other loving and supportive family members and friends.
A Rosary will be held for Mary on Wednesday, March 15, 2017 at 7 pm at Memory Gardens. Funeral mass will be on Thursday, March 16, 10 am at St. Pius Catholic Church with Interment to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
