Maricela Salas Guardiola

Maricela enjoyed cooking, sewing and crafting. She worked for Workforce Solutions for ten years and Nueces County Communication Agency for ten years. She was the peacemaker in her family and always brought everyone together. She will be remembered for the love she had for everyone.

She is preceded in death by her grandson, Christian Vasquez.

Maricela is survived by her parents; beloved husband, Juan S. Guardiola Sr.; children, Jeanette Vasquez (Christopher), Juan S. Guardiola Jr.; grandchildren, Joseph Daniel Navarre III, Jia C. Vasquez; siblings, Severiano C. Salas (Yolanda), Christina Sifuentes (David), Marco Salas (Christine), Angie Alonso (Emilio), Elizabeth Cocotl (Jose), Guadalupe Salas, Lucinda De La Garza (Hector); and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members.

Visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Memorial Holly, 3442 Holly Rd. on Friday, April 28, 2017 from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. and Funeral Services to follow that same evening. Services will conclude in the chapel.
