Merilyn was born to Horace Trickey and Elizabeth Trickey, November 8th 1945, in Enid, Oklahoma. She graduated from [Mary Carol High School in 1957 and received a Masters from the University of Texas, Corpus Christi in 1982.
She is survived by: Barbara Smith(Sister), [William]. She also leaves to cherish her memory her Nephew Christopher Ramey and spouse Melinda.
She was preceded in death by Horace, (Father), Elizabeth, (Mother).
Merilyn worked as a Grade School Teacher for Central Park Elementary School for 23 years. She enjoyed arts and crafts and baking.
A Burial is scheduled for June 11th, 2026, 3 p.m. at Memory Gardens Funeral Home on Old Brownsville Road. The family requests that donations be made to [San Antonio Animal Care Services (ACS) at www.sa.gov.
