Born on July 28, 1949, Miguel lived a life filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable memories. He was more than just a man; he was a devoted husband, loving father, cherished grandfather, proud great-grandfather, beloved brother, and a dear friend to many. His presence brought warmth and happiness to those around him, and his memory will forever remain in the hearts of everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.
Miguel shared 55 beautiful years of marriage with the love of his life, Maria Juana Lopez, whom he married at the age of 22. Together, they built a lifetime of love, memories, and a beautiful family.
Their marriage was a testament to commitment, devotion, and the strength of a love that lasted through the years.
Miguel was preceded in death by his beloved son, Jorge Lopez, and his brother, Manuel Lopez.
He leaves behind his loving wife, Maria Juana Lopez; his children, Martin Lopez and his spouse, Mari Lopez, and Michelle Lopez Lloyd and her spouse, Matthew Lloyd; and his cherished grandchildren, Alexandra Lopez and her spouse Anthony Stinson II, Kelsey Lopez, Maddison Lopez, Matthew Lloyd Jr. and Maliyah Lloyd. He was also blessed with great-grandchildren, Anthony(Tre) Stinson III, Aniyah Stinson, Avani Stinson, and Santiago Lopez Medina, who brought additional joy and love into his life.
Miguel was a simple man who found happiness in life's little moments. He enjoyed sitting outside, watching the birds, and appreciating the peace and beauty of nature. He had a special love for cooking and eating, and nothing made him happier than sharing a delicious meal surrounded by the people he loved most.
His favorite holiday was Thanksgiving, a time when his love for food and family came together. He treasured the laughter, conversations, and memories made around the table. For Miguel, the greatest blessing was having his family together, enjoying one another's company and making memories that would last a lifetime.
One of Miguel's most unforgettable qualities was his wonderful sense of humor. He loved making people laugh and always knew how to bring a smile to someone's face. Whether it was through a funny joke, a playful comment, or simply being himself, Miguel had a special way of brightening even the hardest days. His laughter was contagious, his personality unforgettable, and his love for his family immeasurable.
Miguel's greatest legacy will not be measured by the years he lived, but by the love he gave, the lives he touched, and the memories he created. He taught those around him the importance of family, togetherness, laughter, and appreciating the little things in life.
Although our hearts are broken by his passing, we find comfort in knowing that his love will continue to live on through his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and all those who loved him.
Every family gathering, every Thanksgiving meal, every shared laugh, and every bird singing outside will serve as a beautiful reminder of him.
Miguel Lopez was deeply loved, and he will be deeply missed. His chair may now be empty, but the place he holds in our hearts will forever remain filled with love.
Rest peacefully, Miguel. Your work here is done, but your love and legacy will live on for generations.
Until we meet again, you will forever be in our hearts.
