Mildred J. Harris Stansill

Mildred J. Stansill, age 77 passed away in San Antonio, Texas on Sunday, August 7, 2011 with her two loving daughters by her side as well as her extended Eddie Barrera, Henry Lozano, and Eggenberger families. Mildred passed away from complications resulting from back surgery.

She was born on December 9, 1933 in Hanna, Oklahoma to the late Calvin and Nancy Harris.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Victor Stansill in 1997.

Mildred leaves behind her family to cherish her memories, two daughters, Shelley Bunger (Steve) of Hot Springs, Arkansas and Susan Jarboe of San Antonio, Texas; three grandsons, Shea Cockrill of Hinesville, GA., Stayton Cockrill of New Braunfels, Texas, and Calvin Jarboe of Oxford, Mississippi; three sisters, Jodie Richards of McAlister, Oklahoma, Nadine Hurst of Rockford, Illinois and Betty Bogard of McAlister, Oklahoma; numerous nieces, one nephew and a host of friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 12, 2011 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Memory Gardens Funeral Home.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 13, 2011, at 1:00 p.m. at Memory Gardens Funeral Home Chapel.

Mildred requested NO FLOWERS, she asked that all memorials be made to the Coastal Bend Kidney Foundation, Inc., P.O. BOX 9172, Corpus Christi, Texas 78469.
