Milton Moreno Valdez

Milton was a hardworking, loveable and humble father, grandfather, great-grandfather and a devoted husband.

Milton worked in construction for over 50 years. He loved fishing, hunting and watching his cowboys play on football Sunday. He was also passionate about his John Wayne western movies.

“It doesn’t matter what it is, it’s only for Valdez”, these are the words he lived by.

Milton is preceded in death by his loving wife, Augustina Hernandez Valdez; his beloved daughters, Olivia Hernandez Valdez and Gloria Hernandez Valdez; four brothers: Thomas M. Valdez, Antonio M. Valdez, Quirino Valdez and Estevan M. Valdez.

Left behind to cherish his memories are, his four sons, Milton Valdez, Jr., David R. Valdez, Robert H. (Aurora) Valdez, Steve H. (Gina) Valdez; and his daughter, Elizabeth Lee Hernandez Valdez. He also leaves behind numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and a host of family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 2, 2019 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Memory Gardens Funeral Home with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm that same evening.

Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, May 3, 2019 at Memory Gardens Funeral Home with Interment to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
