Norma R. De Leon, 56 of Corpus Christi, Texas passed away on Thursday, February 9, 2012.
She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend who will be dearly missed.
Norma is preceded in death by her parents, Luis and Petra Rodriguez; two brothers and one siser.
She is survived by her loving husband, John Rios; four children, Patricia Rodriguez (Julian), Angelica Gallardo (Francisco), Amanda Valdez (Mark) and Carlos De Leon, III (April). Also surviving are eight grandchildren, Israel Gonzales, III, Norma Rodriguez, Sierra and Sienna Valdez, C. Jay, Carlos and Ariceli De Leon and Layla Gallardo; two brothers and three sisters.
Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, February 13, 2012 at Funeraria Del Angel-Memorial Holly chapel. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, February 14, 2012 at St. Pius X Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Seaside Memorial Park.
