He was an avid Dallas Cowboy fan. Oscar loved playing the drums and had a passion for listening to rock music. He was a gentle soul who loved his family and friends and was always there for them. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
Oscar is preceded in death by his father, Richard Tomas Rodriguez.
He leaves his memories to be cherished by his loving mother, Maria Elena Rodriguez; his brothers, Richard (Cookie) Rodriguez and Mike (America) Rodriguez; his sisters, Mary Ann (Donald) Garcia and Frances (Ben) Jaime. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.
Public visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Monday, December 4, 2017 at Funeraria Del Angel Funeral Home with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that evening. Rites of a Christian burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church . Interment will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Park.
