He was a loving father, grandfather and uncle.
He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers and sisters.
He is survived by his three children Juan A. Vargas (Josephine F.), Gracie V. Lerma (Rene) and Ricardo M. Vargas; 5 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; along with numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation will begin on Sunday, June 12, 2011 from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm, with a holy rosary at 7:00 pm that same evening. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm, Monday, June 13, 2011 in the Memory Gardens Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at the Memory Gardens Cemetery.
