Palmira R. Salazar

Palmira graduated from Corpus Christi, High School. She worked for the Small Business Administration for 26 years. She enjoyed gardening and homemaking.

She is preceded in death by her beloved husband of over 61 years, Guadalupe H. Salazar; parents, Antonio and Adelaida Resendez; and brothers, Antonio Resendez, and Jesse Resendez.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Gabriel R. Salazar (Kathleen Day), D’Andrea Salazar (Ruben Chavez), and J.Anthony Salazar (Ruth Diaz); grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Daniel Salazar, Ruben Joshua Chavez, and Christian Samuel Salazar; and numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.

A visitation for Palmira will be held Monday, September 25, 2023 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 5830 Williams Dr, Corpus Christi, Texas 78412. A holy rosary will occur Monday, September 25, 2023 at 11:00 AM, 5830 Williams Dr, Corpus Christi, Texas 78412. A funeral mass will occur Monday, September 25, 2023 at 11:30 AM, 5830 Williams Dr, Corpus Christi, Texas 78412. An interment will occur Monday, September 25, 2023 at 1:00 PM at Rose Hill Memorial Park, 2731 Comanche, Corpus CHristi, Texas 78415.
