Patheresa Mae Beasley passed away at the age of 84, on October 31, 2019. She was born in Mobile, Alabama on September 2, 1935 to Edward Luther and Martha Lucille Jernigan. Patheresa married her husband Robert Alton Beasley on June 24, 1952 in Alabama and moved with their family to Corpus Christi, Texas in 1967. Pat, as everyone knew her, was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother.
She is preceded in death by her parents Edward Luther and Martha Lucille Jernigan and brother Dalton O’Gwynn Jernigan. She is survived by her husband Robert Alton Beasley of 67 years, her five children Wanda (Eugene) Reed, Ruth Vivian (Johnny) Johnston, Phyllis (Noel) Villarreal, Robert (Dalia) Beasley Jr and Belinda (Delman) Reeves. And, one brother Van LaVell Jernigan. Also her thirteen grandchildren Augusta (Mike) Davis, Eugene (Jeni) Reed IV, Ginger (Keith) Andrews, Randy (Billie-Jo) Johnston, Cassie (Matt) Zimmermann, Joshua (Aaron) Villarreal, Ashley (Jonathan) Montez, Jeannette (Lupe) Sanchez, Mark (Thyra) Flores, Robert (Samantha) Beasley III, Cody (Kayla) Reeves, Caleb (Vivian) Reeves and Shelby Reeves. She also had thirty great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren. And also many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
A Memorial Service will be held on November 23, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church Chapel 3115 Ocean Dr. Corpus Christi, TX 78404. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to your charity of choice.

We are so sorry for your loss. Praying that God will give you peace and comfort during this difficult time. Did not know your mom very well, but I felt connected to her through facebook and I know I would have loved to have known her better.

To all the Beasley Family and friends, I send my heartfelt condolences on your loss. Mrs. Beasley was always the sweetest and kindest person to our Bell family. I will be keeping your family in my thoughts and prayers of comfort during this time. May she rest in peace. I have so many fond childhood memories of our Whitaker Street friends. She will always be in your hearts and memories.

You leave me with wonderful memories of my childhood . Hot days spent outside playing in the water or board games in the garage and you taught me a thing or two about Yahtzee.I will forever cherish every memory.
