Patricia Luna Leal, age 75, of Corpus Christi, Texas, passed away peacefully on November 10, 2025. She was born in Corpus Christi on January 6, 1950, and spent her life rooted in the community she loved so dearly.
Patricia married the love of her life, Armando Leal, on February 9, 1969, in Corpus Christi. Together they built a beautiful life filled with devotion, hard work, and love until Armando’s passing.
She was known for her nurturing spirit and loving nature a woman with a fierce outlook on life, unwavering humor, a little sass, and endless selflessness. Patricia filled her days with moments that reflected the heart of who she was. She enjoyed playing poker, tending to her garden, creating comfort through home-cooked meals, and losing herself in jigsaw puzzles. She found joy and laughter in poker nights, fishing trips, visits to the casino, and, most of all, in caring deeply for those she loved. Every moment she shared became a memory warmed by her presence.
Among her fondest memories were the times she spent with her grandchildren, family gatherings filled with laughter, sharing stories, and hunting for treasures at yard sales. Her warmth made every room brighter, and her presence will be missed beyond measure.
Patricia is preceded in death by her husband, Armando Leal; her mother, Dominga Villanueva; her sister, Janet Garza; and her brother, Alfredo Luna.
She is survived by her children: George Martinez, Josie Leal Salazar, Christie Leal, and Amanda Leal. She is also lovingly remembered by her siblings Dominga "Sandy" Aa, Anita Sandoval, John Rodriguez, Roger Rodriguez, and Terry Villanueva.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank-you to Nurse Amy, Nurse Emily, and Elijah from Tribute Hospice & Palliative Care for their exceptional kindness and support during Patricia’s hospice care. Your compassion made all the difference during a difficult time.
