

He is preceded in death by his parents, granddaughter Betsy Lucio, and daughter Rosa L. Miranda.
Pedro was a devoted husband, loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather and enjoyed spending time with his family. He enlisted in the Army and served his country during WW II. He worked as a Receiving Supervisor for Southwestern Drug Pharmaceutical for 26 years.
Pedro is survived by his beloved wife of 65 years, Elena M. Lucio; seven children, Pedro M. Lucio (Cathy), Elizabeth Flores (James), Irene Canales (Javier), David Lucio, Suzanne Gonzalez (JD), Richard Lucio, and Jesse Lucio (Geno); son-in-law, Henry Miranda; 21 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandson, and a sister, Augustina Ruiz.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 11, 2016, at Memory Gardens Funeral Home with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, September 12, 2016, at Christ the King Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
