He is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Macaria L. Tey and his daughter, Herlinda Castillo.
He is survived by his children, Perfecto Tey, Jr. (Naomi), Grace Tey, and Lydia Tey, his 14 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
A Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 17, 2016 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Funeraria del Angel-549 Cheyenne with a Prayer Service at 7:00 pm that same evening. A Funeral Service will be celebrated on Thursday, February 18, 2016 at 10:00 am at Funeraria Del Angel with interment to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
