My most sincere condolences to the Newman family. I met your mom through one of my neighbors, only to find that we are related. I grew up and still live on Milo st. My grandfather was Ramon Medina, one of your mom's cousins. May God wrap his loving arms around you and comfort you.

Ramona M. Newman,

You were the absolute best Momo one could have ever asked for. Your strength & will to carry on was something that I admired most about you. Despite your health conditions you always pushed on. I imagine having 11 children was not an easy task. But you did it. You did all you could to ensure that your children had all they needed. You taught me the importance of family and I must say that you raised some pretty amazing individuals. You taught them that no matter what family will always be there for you. You taught them strength, loyalty, to love, & to care. Things that I know they passed on to their children. I know because my mom has passed on these characteristics to me. I admired your faith in God and devotion to your prayers. You taught me to put God first and that his love for me was relentless. My favorite memories of you include your love of old western movies and Spanish Novelas. When I was in middle school I started taking Spanish classes and I was ecstatic. Ecstatic because me taking Spanish classes meant that I had the opportunity to bond with you over your Novelas. I never knew what was being said but all was well when you would nod your head and smile at me. I loved visiting with you on Sundays & serving you your coffee and pan dulce. As my littles grew older I loved hearing about how they helped you. How they made you breakfast and served you coffee. I love that Sergio’s love for word searches grew because he bonded & spent time with you. We love you so much. We may not have you here physically with us but your love for us lives in our hearts and our memories. Until we meet again.

Love always,

Loriza
