Nice meetings through all years we visited Corpus. Among them we have the trip to Robstown many years ago and also the shopping tour to Mexico in our minds.

I know Rene from many years as coworkers at H&R Block. He was a true professional. He was always a gentleman no matter what and had a wonderful sense of humor. I nick named him "Dapper Dan" because of the way he was always impeccably dressed and groomed. When I teased him he would just smile and say thank you.
When we talked he would always have loving words regarding his family and would always ask about yours. He was so warm and friendly it was impossible to not like him. Words can never remove the pain of loss, but perhaps there is some comfort in knowing that he had a favorable impact on others. He certainly did on me and it was my privilege to have known him and called him "friend".

Vaya con Dios my friend
