Richard H Cipriano

Richard Cipriano, 75, of Corpus Christi, went to be with the Lord, on Friday, August 2, 2024. He was born January 25, 1949 to Ventura and Ignacia Cipriano. He was a loving husband, son, brother, uncle, and friend.

After graduating in 1967, Richard joined the Army and served his country proudly. He was a proud Vietnam Veteran. After serving his country he went on to work for the Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD). Richard was a QA Inspector. Richard did his job with pride and seriousness. He retired after 40 years of employment.

Richard loved spending time working on auto engines, surf fishing, and hunting. He looked forward to White Dove Hunting, over Labor Day Weekend with his friends. Richard enjoyed hanging out with his friends and fellow veterans, at the VFW Post 8932.

Richard is preceded in death by his parents Ventura and Ignacia Cipriano and sister Bertha Jasso.

Richard is survived by his wife Mary Jane, his sisters Graciela Ruark (Edward), Irene Cipriano (Stephen Brown), brother Able Cipriano, nephews Brian C. Jasso, Benjamin Cipriano, Samuel Cipriano, and, nieces Tessa Prado and Sophia Brown.

Richard will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

A visitation for Richard will be held Monday, August 19, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel, 4901 Everhart Dr., Corpus Christi, Texas with a holy rosary being recited at 7:00 PM. A mass of christian burial will occur Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at 12:30 PM at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, 5830 Williams Dr, Corpus Christi, Texas. A burial services will occur Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Coastal Bend State Veteran Cemetery, 9974 I-37, Corpus Christi, Texas.
