I'm saddened by the loss of Richard V White, he was a very good Honest Police Officer and just a really nice person. He did a lot of good and was always there for you if needed him. I wish him well into his next assignment in Heaven and beyond. I know that his family will miss him as I.

During my years at CCPD, and at the Cathedral, I had many occasions to talk with Richard .... many times about matters of faith. A great man and good friend to many. He will be missed for sure. Prayers of condolence and comfort to his family and his many freinds. My own prayers are with you all. May he gain his reward, and may he rest in peace. - Tom
