Roberto Lozano

Robert Lozano completed his life journey on earth on Thursday, August 12, 2010. He is preceded in death by his wife Esmeralda Lozano and brothers, Usvaldo and Ramiro Lozano.

He is survived by his children, Eduardo Lozano of Madrid, Spain, Hector (Debra) Lozano of Sandia, Texas, Patricia (Jose) Reyes of Arlington, Texas, Velma (Andy) Perez of Houston, Texas and David (Lori) Lozano of Port Lavaca, Texas; 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother and sisters, Graciela Anzaldua, Yolanda Mares, Arturo Lozano and Esmeralda Ramirez.

Roberto Lozano, originally from San Benito, Texas, was a proud and lifetime member of Boilermaker’s Local Union #577 of Corpus Christi, Texas. He was one of the last heavyhitters, known as the “Golden Arm”.

The family will be receiving friends on Monday, August 16, 2010 from 1:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. a rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening at Funeraria Del Angel-Memorial Holly chapel.

A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 17, 2010 at Most Precious Blood Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
