

Rolando’s life was marked by his selflessness, generosity, and an unwavering devotion to his wife and children. He was the prime example of a hard-working man dedicated to providing his family with the best life possible. To all who knew him, he was a man whose laugh, kindness, and humor brought warmth. Rolando was the heart and soul of his family. His presence will forever be missed by all who know him. His love and joyful spirit will live on in the memories that we hold dear.
Preceding Rolando in eternal rest is his paternal grandparents Catarino (Domitila Garcia) Mendoza; and maternal grandparents Alex (Mary) Cerbantez.
Left to cherish the beautiful memory of Rolando are his loving wife of 12 years, Miranda L. Mendoza; his children, Rhianna E. Gonzalez, Roman R. Mendoza, and Roslynn E. Mendoza; father, Alberto G. (Estella) Mendoza; mother, Brenda C. Mendoza; brothers, Vicente (Rachel) Fuentes, Adam (Ashlei Lang) Gonzalez, Jose Luis (Tracey Gonzalez) Cerbantez; many nieces and nephews, as well as extended family members; parents in-law, Baltazar and Belinda Martinez; sister-in-law, Monica (Mark) Zamora; brothers-in-law, Mathew (Kimberly) Gonzalez, Mark (Jacqueline) Flores; and friends whom he loved dearly.
Serving as pallbearers are Roman R. Mendoza, Vicente Fuentes, Adam Gonzalez, Jose Luis Cerbantez, Mathew Gonzalez, Mark A. Flores, Mark A. Zamora, and Jason Moir.
A memorial service will be held to honor his memory on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, from 5 until 9 pm, with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7 pm at Funeraria Del Angel Corpus Christi, 549 Cheyenne St, Corpus Christi, Texas 78405. A continued visitation will be held on Thursday, May 15, 2025, at 9:30 am. Mass will follow at 11:30am at Holy Family Catholic Church, 2509 Nogales St, Corpus Christi, Texas 78416, with interment to commence at 1 pm at Rosehill Memorial Park, 2731 Comanche Street, Corpus Christi, Texas 78408.
