She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Lillian Slofkoski.
Lori leaves behind her only daughter, Sabra Dawn Slofkoski, her grandson, John Edward Slofkoski Ramos, lifelong friends, Armandina De La Peña “Mandy” and Delia Johnson “Lee”. She will be remembered by many for her beaming smile and great sense of humor.
Lori spent over 38 years working in the Nueces County Courthouse. She was very active throughout her life and enjoyed the beach, riding horses, fishing and spending summers vacationing all over the United States with Sabra and John.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 11, 2014 from ____to 9:00 p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel-Memorial Holly with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. Funeral services will be celebrated on Saturday, July 12, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Funeraria Del Angel-Memorial Holly chapel. Interment will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery.
