Thomas Cisneros, 61, passed away on May 21, 2015. He was born on February 25, 1954 to the late Vidal and Avelina Flores Cisneros. Thomas served in the United States Army as a 71L20 and the United States Navy. He was proudly involved in prison ministry for Bill Glass of 16 years. He is survived by his beloved wife Ruth Cisneros, children; Lisa Ellis, Thomas Cisneros, Abel Cisneros, Vincent B. Cisneros, siblings; Vidal Cisneros, David Cisneros, Cynthia Tilley, mother; Avelina Cisneros, 11 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren. A visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Memorial Holly on Wednesday, May 27, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. with a funeral service to begin at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery.
