Dear Family,
I had the pleasure to work with Tom over the years while I was on the Zoning Board. I have been on the board for over 20 years and felt Tom was one of the best managers we ever had in that position. He always was looking for better ways to make the city a better place to live and help the citizens make improvements in their homes and businesses. He was always prepared for meetings and would help us as committee members understand our responsibilities and have background information so we could make fair decisions. But what I liked best was he always had a great attitude about his job and really seemed to enjoy it. It was infectious and made our time at the meetings enjoyable. I will miss Tom and my sympathy to his family for their loss..
