Tokiko Nina Brown

Tokiko Nina Brown passed away peacefully on September 29, 2017 with her family by her side. She is no longer fighting her battle with Parkinson's and dementia. Tokiko’s family knows in their heart that their daddy held her hand and guided her across on his birthday, September 29 so they could both celebrate his birthday together in heaven... and just like a Lady, she made him wait till the last minute, 11:59pm...

Tokiko was born on October 4, 1933 in Japan to the late Ishiro and Sadako Kondo. She is preceded in death by her husband, Horace Buster Brown and her son, Donald Kenneth Brown. Surviving family members are her daughters, Patricia Brown, Mary Ann Asnaashari (Joseph Asnaashari); grandson, Jeff Asnaashari, and granddaughter, Leila Asnaashari.

A special thanks to Mrs. Brown's caregivers/companions that accompanied her throughout her end-of-life care, Loretta Blackstone and Lilly Halsey and also the Nurses on Wheels team and doctors, Munson and Acebo for their compassion and devotion.
