She leaves to cherish her memories her husband Feliciano R. Vega, Sr.; her daughter Veronica (Carl) Smith; her three sons; Paul (Anna) Cuestas, Jimmy (Emily) Cuestas, Sonny (Theresa) Cuestas; her stepchildren; Amanda Vega, Elizabeth (Aaron) Odom, Mary Jane (Alex) Gonzalez, Feliciano (Tesla) Vega,Jr.
She also leaves behind her eight sisters, nine brothers, twenty-eight grandchildren, one great-grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews.
Family will be receiving friends at Memory Gardens Funeral Home on Sunday, June 9, 2013 at 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. Funeral Service will be at Memory Gardens Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, June 10, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
