Ventura De Leon

Ventura was a devoted catholic and a parishioner of Holy Family Catholic Church. She was a caring and dedicated mother and grandmother, her love was everlasting. She was the Matriarch of her family.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Pedro De Leon, Sr.

She is survived by her children, Mary Jane (Raul) Mireles, Viola (Lewis) Herrera, Victor (Vicki) De Leon, Hector (Alicia) De Leon, Rosalinda (Manuel) Luna, Pete (Ida) De Leon, Jr. and Ofilia Ayala; grandchildren, Raul Mireles, Jr., Destiny Mireles, Benjamin Mireles, Sr., Hector De Leon, Jr., Eddie “dog”, Amy De Leon, Eddie Joe De Leon, Jo Anne Herrera, Danny Herrera, Anna Lisa Herrera, Joe Louis Herrera, Sarah Luna, Marcos Luna, Corina Ayala, Roland Ayala, Belinda De Leon, Trini De Leon, Debbie De Leon and Tina De Leon; sister, Julia Alvarado; along with other loving family members.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday, March 25, 2013 at Memory Gardens Funeral Home, a Holy Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. that evening. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 26, 2013 at Holy Family Catholic Church; 2509 Nogales St. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
