
She was born January 17, 1916 to Henry Rayburn and Claudia Helms Rayburn in Roscoe, Texas.
Inez enjoyed painting, upholstering, and baking. She was a loving mother and grandmother.
Inez was a member of the Jennie Hill Cooper class at First United Methodist Church.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Henry Ennis Howe; daughter, Betty Howe Vaughn; granddaughter, Deborah DeSola; one sister and two brothers.
Inez is survived by her son, Johnny (Loyal) Howe of Corpus Christi, Texas; son, R.T. (Lynnda) Howe of Apple Valley, California; daughter, Edna (James) Partridge of Benton, Arkansas; brother, Lawrence Monroe Rayburn of Oakton, Virginia; brother, Ernest David Rayburn of Aledo, Texas; sister, Juanita Blanton of Beeville, Texas; sister, Mary Blair of Alpine, Arizona; thirteen grandchildren and many more great and great-great grandchildren.
