He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Jan O’Brien Weir; his parents, sisters, Edna Ward and Lois Jay; brothers, Harold Weir and Ray Weir.
He is survived by his son, D. Joseph Weir (Carol), Minnesota; step-son, Jeff Diehl (Nancy), Colorado; six grand-children, three great-grandchildren, two sisters-in-law and many nieces and nephews.
