Viola W. Hinojosa

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother. She

always had a smile on her face and was the life of the party.

She is survived by her husband, Apolinar R. Hinojosa; seven children, Veronica (Ron) Alvarado, Apolinar

Jr.(Sylvia) Hinojosa, Yvette Connell (Ernest), Sabrina (John) Keogh, Joseph (Monica) Hinojosa, Suzette

Lara (Marc), and Annette (Joseph) Zundt; twenty-seven grandchildren, twenty-eight great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.

She is preceded in death by her father, Joseph Wilmot; mother, Lydia Ruiz; and grandson, Joseph

Please join us as we celebrate Viola’s life - A public visitation for Viola will be held Tuesday, November 15, 2022 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a holy rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm at Memory Gardens Funeral Home, 8200 Old Brownsville Road, Corpus Christi, Texas 78415. Funeral service will be held Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at 10:00 am at Memory Gardens Funeral Home. Interment immediately following at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
