Willie Mae Lipscomb passed away June 30, 2022. She was born in San Perlita, Texas on October 27, 1938. Preceding her in death are her Husband, James V. Lipscomb Jr.; mother, Mary Johns; and Father, J.D. Johns. She leaves behind two daughters, Landa Boutte and Marsha Shelton; and grandchildren, Jimmy Bowman, Kaitlyn Shelton, and Chris Shelton.
