Yolanda G. Barr was born on April 15, 1940 in Corpus Christi, TX where she resided all of her life. She was the daughter of Cruz and Guadalupe Gonzales. She is proceeded in death by her husband, Ewen “Red” Barr, and her son, Benito “JR” Tober. Including her siblings, Josie “Pepa” Pena, San Juanita Adrian, Jesus “Jesse” Sanchez, Cristina Mendiola, and Basilia Sanchez.
She is survived by her brothers, Hilario “Larry” Gonzales and Alejandro “Alex” Sanchez, her sister, Margarita “Margie” Sanchez, her daughter-in-law, Marivel Herrera and numerous nieces and nephews. She reunited with the Lord and the two loves of her life (her husband and son) in heaven on April 22, 2022 at 3 PM. She was surrounded by her sister, Margie, niece, Anna and Marivel.
