Yolanda Garza Villarreal, a cherished wife, mother, grandma, and sister was received by her Lord Jesus Christ on Friday, September 3, 2021. She was 59 years old. She was born on October 1, 1961, in Corpus Christi, Texas to Ruben & Hope Garza.
She was a graduate of W.B. Ray High School and known throughout the community for her years working in retail and sales.
She was a beloved wife to her husband Pablo Villarreal. She was treasured and adored by her four sons Pablo (PJ), Michael, Matthew, and Joseph, who she cherished and lived for. Those who knew her, knew the immense love she had for her boys, and that love would carry on to her grandchildren. She was a proud grandma to 12 grandchildren, who she lovingly nurtured and guided through life.
Yolanda was never seen alone, if not with her husband, she was with her boys, grandchildren, or siblings. She was a loyal sister, sister-in-law, and auntie. Always showing up to the occasion, “Yolie” never missed the celebrations, birthdays, BBQs, or family gatherings. She was her family’s biggest supporter. Her humble nature, Catholic faith, and words of encouragement will forever be missed.
She enters Heaven and is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents Julián and Teresa Puente, paternal grandparents Julián & Manuela Garza, parents Ruben & Hope Garza, brothers Edward Garza, Ruben Garza, and niece Ursula Garza Hernandez.
