Years after retiring from Buehler’s bakery, Barbara volunteered as a Pink Lady at Coshocton County Memorial Hospital. She was a lifelong member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She served the Lord and her family with all of her heart. She loved caring for others, playing the organ and piano, writing poetry, singing and spending time with her family, especially the little children. She also loved her stuffed animals, yogurt, and ice cream.
Her acts of kindness are endless and she will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her, especially all her caretakers from Coshocton Springs and Hospice. They will always remember her smile and funny little “giggle.”
“Our mother held our hands for a little while and our hearts forever.”
Per Barbara’s wishes, she will be cremated and a memorial service celebrating her life will be held at Word Worship Center on Saturday, March 19, 2016 from 3:00 p.m. to 5 p.m. with Pastor James Gross officiating.
