Charles was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Coshocton, and enjoyed the outdoors, including hunting and fishing. He worked as a machinist and metal worker in the United States National Guard for many years.
Charles is survived by his loving wife of over 40 years Tinh Thi O’Brien, and son Van (Crystal) O’Brien.
Charles was preceded in death by his parents, and sister Lois O’Brien.
Calling hours will be held at Given Dawson Paisley Funeral home from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Monday, August 23, 2021. A Funeral Mass will take place at Sacred Heart Catholic Church on Tuesday, August 24 at 10:30 am. Burial will take place at Our Lady of Lourde’s Cemetery.
