In 1958, Darrell joined the United States Marines, serving his country proudly until 1960. He was a Truck Driver, Farmer and a Landlord for many years. Darrell was a member of the Nazarene Church in Uhrichsville. He was a very giving and generous person, always helping those in need.
On June 28, 2017, he married Daisy (Countryman) Cornelius Dohm who survives. He is also survived by Daisy’s daughter, Jo Ellen Daugherty and her children, Tanya (Joe), Bill and Georgina along with their children.
Per Darrell’s wishes, a cremation will take place with a Memorial Service being held at a later date. Given-Dawson-Paisley Funeral Home is serving the family.
