Jack was my best friend, I was lucky enough to have him in my life for a little over a year as his home health aide. My husband Travis Sockman knew Jack way before I had the pleasure of meeting him, he would tell me stories about my husband when he was little. We had a lot of laughs and made some great memories. I will never forget him, he was definitely one of a kind. He will be sadly missed. He was a part of my family.
