Harold “Ed” Proctor, age 66, of Belmont County, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, October 1, 2011. He was born on August 26, 1945, in Coshocton, to the late Charles Proctor and Navada (Ford) Shearn. Ed was a Union Laborer by trade. He is survived by his four children, Shawna Tanner of Abilene, Texas, Lisa Baco of Arlington Texas, Heather (Tommy) Baker of Merkel, Texas, and Eddie (Angela) Proctor of Arlington, Texas; 17 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and sister, Mary (Joseph) Hykes of Coshocton. Burial of cremains will be held at a later date.
