Liala Jean Everhart, age 89, of Fresno, passed away on Tuesday, March 29, 2022. She was born on March 9, 1933 in Coshocton County to the late Walter and Lorena (Groce) Klein. On July 3, 1951, she married Carl L. Everhart who survives.
Liala worked for H & R Block for a few years but mostly enjoyed being a wife and mother.
Along with her loving husband, Carl, she is survived by her children, Jeffrey (Bo) Everhart of Fresno, Christopher (Kellie) Everhart of West Lafayette and Lynn Everhart of Fresno; nine grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; sister, Shirley Everhart; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Liala is preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Carla Jean Everhart; sister Stella Archer, brother Duane “Duke” Klein, infant brother, Carl William and step-sister, Sara Jane DeLong.
Per Liala’s wishes, a cremation will take place at a later date.
