Words can't express how much I love my aunt. Seeing her in Ohio every year at the convocation brought joy to my heart. Lots of laughter, beautiful conversations and even greater memories. She was one of a kind and she will be missed tremendously by our family. Rest in heaven Aunt Louella. I love you always and forever

Can hear Mother Green's words in my ear now - sing children, sing! Such a wonderful example of a Woman of God, who loved the Lord and loved her family and church. Rest well Mother Green. Peace and blessings to the family.

My dear sweet Aunt Louella! I will miss her and her sense of humor! Her laugh was contagious! And when she got tickled, it just made me laugh even more! She indeed was my favorite Aunt and one that I admired because she was strong! She not only was a master musician and great cook, but she knew and lived the word of God! Rest in Love Aunty!
Much love, Rose

I can barely remember myself without the presence of Mother Louella Green, in my Pontiac church mission. As a little girl, I would marvel at how Mother could conduct the choir, play the guitar, and play the piano. She attempted to teach me how to play the tambourine ( I never could master this). However, as our Music Director/Choir Leader, of the Jewels of Harmony. I had the chance to see and hear my Pop, the late Brother Arthur McClellan Sr. sings. Later in life,
And as a teenager I began to sing with the "Jewels of Harmony". And my love for good gospel music continues to this day. I will always hold a special place in my heart for Senior Mother Louella Green.
