On December 24, 2015, he married Casey (Brooks) King.
Scott was an incredibly hard worker, especially when it came to his career as the Owner and President of Coshocton Recycling Inc. He was a lover of riding motorcycles and ATVs, gaming, and the outdoors. He was also a big fan of the Browns. Most importantly, Scott adored time spent with his family, especially his grandkids. Moments dedicated to playing board and card games with Scott will be deeply treasured.
He is survived by his loving wife, Casey King of Coshocton; his children, Anthony (Morgan) King and Abby (Jeremy) Brown, both of Coshocton; and his grandchildren, Bryar Eugene Brown, Saylem Grace Brown, Slayter James Brown, and Reed Richard King. He is also survived by his sisters, Carey (Matt Edie) Goddard-King of Coshocton and Jamie King of Fresno, his best friend, Chris (Stacy) Graham, and his nephew, Tyler Kennedy, with whom he shared a very special bond, alongside several nieces, nephews, and cousins, and a host of other family, friends, and loved ones.
Scott is preceded in death by his mother, Ramona Parrillo; his father, Carl Parrillo; and his in-laws, Susan Brooks and Lyle Brooks.
Calling hours will be held at Given-Dawson-Paisley Funeral Home on Saturday, August 30, 2025, from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. Per Scott’s request, a cremation will follow.
