Terry Wayne McFarland, age 80, of Coshocton, passed away peacefully at his home on Friday, September 5, 2025. He was born on June 10, 1945, in Harlan County, Kentucky to the late Arthur and Roshella (Lee) McFarland.
Terry worked for Peabody Coal Company, Pretty Products and Kraft Foods before retiring. He was a proud and avid collector of coal mining memorabilia. He enjoyed his dogs and cats and spending time with his loving family.
He is survived by his son, John (Tara) McFarland of West Lafayette, two grandchildren, Evelyn and Jaxon and his sister, Jan Leahey of Kentucky.
Along with his parents, Terry is preceded in death by his wife Barbara.
Calling hours will be held at Given-Dawson-Paisley Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. A funeral service will be held at 12:00 pm at the Funeral Home with Sam Bennett officiating. Burial will follow at South Lawn Cemetery.
