Uncle Wally was one of a kind. As a child I viewed him with awe, so tall, so serious, but when he smiled, it was genuine and true-the room lit up! As an adult I was still awe struck by his many talents and creativity. He made me look at things from a very different angle than what I was used to. That lesson stays with me always-"the world is multi faceted and everyone can bend with the changes". I know how much he loved you Aunt Edith and his children, too. His heart was full and I will miss him until I see him again.

Many warm treasured memories of Wally, as a neighbor, and as a friend, even before he married our dear sister and became our brother-in-law 55 years ago. Our deepest sympathy and prayers go out to you and your family, in this, their time of grief.

There are some many great memories--a firm handshake, a brilliant smile, a deep concern for others, and devotion to his family. His life showed that he really knew the Savior.
