4 years this fast that you’re gone. My kid & I just thought of you last week actually and we said we wish Al was still here. So, you’re missed Uncle Al she said.

Two years gone. Hope you’re moved on to whatever is next Al. Your friend, you know who. 

An RV trip he took recently before passing. He was pretty excited to get that RV. Wish you got some more miles in it Al. You had plans indeed. Rest easy my friend. JT

My good friend Alvin.  We were good friends all through school.  We graduated from the Big N.O. (Northwestern H.S.)  1966 - Detroit.  We were " tight", making though bike trips to Belle Isle and Rouge Park,  "back in the day".   One time about 6 years ago, he won a prize for, who came the furthest to come to our class reunion, he was just that kind-of-a-guy!  He will surely be missed.

My very deepest condolences to Al's family and all of his dearest friends. I had the privilege of working with Al twenty years ago at McDonnell  Douglas/Boeing. I'll never forget those days in Bldg 800 and then B7 in Long  Beach. We worked hard, but there were many office parties, lots of laughter and good fun. Although we've not seen each other for over two decades, Al never missed an opportunity to share a very sweet word with me on Facebook on so many occasions. I'm, truly, happy he had some time to enjoy a small bit of his retirement. Not enough, to be sure, but the wonderful times he shared on social media always made my heart smile that he was living his best life. I'm so saddened by his death in my corner of  WNY.  How I wish I could be in S CA to attend the Celebration of Life for Al. My heart and spirit will be with you all in the days ahead. 

Rest in the sweetest, loveliest, most beautiful peace, Al. 🙏🏼💙

You are already missed Al. A great soul. Thank you for coming into my life & my girls. We are grateful even for our short years with you. ❤️
