Chuck, Cathy and Mike although I have not seen your mother in so many years she was often in my thought as are the three of you. The West family is not good about keeping in touch even with their sisters. My best memories of Billie go back to the mid fifties when she and the three of you came to Frederick for the summer. Billie always sent me birthday and Christmas cards. Sorry I could not come to her services. Love your Uncle Jerry.

I can remember crashing on my bike when I was around 6 years old, down the block from my house. I was hurt and crying, who carried me home? Thats right Billie Barber. I always enjoyed talking to her. A very nice lady. She will be missed...   Mark Evans
