Around this time she was part of a catholic youth club. This is where she met James Hayes and also had the opportunity to go with the club to visit Lourdes, France to see St. Bernadette. Finola’s greatest devotion was to the Lord, she prayed and attended mass daily. Her other greatest devotion was to family. She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren as much as possible. Her weekends were filled with visits from her children and grandchildren or traveling to see them participate in various sporting or school events.
Finola had an impact on many lives during her 77 years. Her love, unyielding faith and complete devotion to the Lord and her family will live on in those that she leaves behind.
