Jeanne Stuart, 82, died suddenly on December 1, 2018 from a previously unknown heart problem. Jeanne was a longtime resident of the Fallbrook community and widely known as “The Realtor” in the area! She appreciated the rustic, country lifestyle and helped countless home owners move in and around the Fallbrook area.

Jeanne was raised in the farming town of Selma, California. Her father was a leader in the agricultural business and eventually became the Mayor of Selma. As a young adult in the 1950s Jeanne ended up in the fast-paced environment of Los Angeles where she met her husband and started a family. In later years with an “empty nest” Jeanne got her real estate license, and the rest is history. She’s was a powerhouse of home sales in the Greater San Diego area.

Jeanne is survived by her five sons/daughters (two in-laws), two grandchildren, three great grandchildren, two very energetic doggies, and a wide array of people who knew her, especially in Fallbrook, where they love Jeanne. She treated absolutely everyone as special. In lieu of flowers, please feel free to donate, in Jeanne Stuart’s name, to The Fallbrook Sanctuary: Please visit Jeanne’s on-line obituary at, where you can archive a favorite memory, view a photo or sign her online guestbook.

Jeanne was such a loving soul. When I was new in the real estate industry she always welcomed me with open arms and gave me priceless info and encouragement. She will be sorely missed here in Fallbrook. Godspeed Jeanne!

We met Jeanne while touring an open house. We saw her again at more open houses. She was a lovely gracious woman. Sorry she didn't get to sell us our next house. She talked a lot of her beloved doggies. So sad to hear of her passing. May God comfort the family.

Jeanne came to our Fallbrook home last summer while we were in Michigan to evaluate our home for sale. We told her at the time that we were thinking of selling in the spring of 2019. Jeanne gave us some excellent tips for selling and was so kind and courteous in sharing her time and professional opinion. We were shocked to hear of her death as were going to be getting together with her soon. My deepest sympathy for her family in their loss of a most wonderful woman. We are so saddened to have lost someone we totally trusted in handeling our real estate transaction.

Our most sincere and heartfelt condolences to Jeanne’s family. Since we moved to Fallbrook two years ago, she has become a treasured friend. She not only helped us professionally through a challenging transition with patience and care but was a joy to spend time with. We would have dinner together every couple of months and Jeanne always insisted that we sit on a restaurant patio (if possible) so her boyfriend could come along – our 60-pound dog named Harley. In the relatively short period of time we knew her, she became an extended part of our family. She will be extremely missed. Rest in peace our friend.

What a woman! I will dearly miss our once a month lunches where she dispensed wisdom in not only real estate, but life in general. I will miss her real estate mentorship. She was a sounding board for virtually everything I did in real estate. But, most of all I will miss her friendship. Jeanne Stuart will be sorely missed.

Only one Jeanne in the whole world. As her only Architectural Photographer, I had the honor and privilege to have worked with her since 1989.
Through the years we worked side by side photographing exclusive residences since the days of film producing wonderful images with her artistic help and guidance.
I was always happy to be introduced as "her little brother" a brown Peruvian photographer who of course looked nothing like her.
When not working together, we always found the time to eat lunch and talk about our families. She knew about my wife, my daughters, sister and parents. I knew about her young years, the farm, her kids, grandkids and let us not forget about her boys at home. Two energetic, playful and strong doggies who ate dinner at five everyday.
Recently we shared a conversation about Thanksgiving and all I have to say now is: "I am so thankful Jeanne came into my life, her joy made me a better person. On a glumly day I will think of her as sunshine on its way for all".
Roberto...(forever her brother)

Jeanne was well respected and thought of as a sophisticated lady who knew her business. Prayers are with the family at this unexpected time.
