Marilyn Passwater

Passwater, Marilyn Rudolph, born 5/11/1950, entered Glory on 9/1/2014. Raised in Anaheim; attended Anaheim Grace Brethren Church; graduated Katella High (1968) and Long Beach State (1972). Taught Art at The Linfield School (Temecula), Redlands Art Association, Creative University and Arrowhead Christian Academy. Survived by loving husband of 42 years, Dr. Glenn Darrell Passwater; sons, Israel Micah (and wife, Katie), Asaiah Simeon (and wife, Stephanie), Shamsu Awudo (and wife, Brandi), YuKai Sun (and wife Stefanie); and grandchildren, Cole Micah and Zakiya. Also, survived by sisters, Nancy Hearons (and husband, Richard), Rebecca Thompson (and husband, Randy); and many cousins, nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, Marilyn graciously suggested memorial contributions be made in her name to Mount Hermon Christian Conference Center, www.mounthermon.org/give. Anglican memorial service will be held at The Church of The Master, 26051 Marguerite Parkway, Mission Viejo, CA 92692 at 1:00 pm on Saturday, 10/11/2014. Please bring photos and memories to share. Her favorite quote is from Saint Augustine, "Thou hast made us for Thyself, and our hearts are restless until they rest in Thee." Burial will be private and Marilyn urged fellow believer to earnestly ask God, in His infinite mercy, to eradicate the scourge of cancer from this earth.
