I miss you so much Peter, I dreamed of you last night, our laughter when I came back from trips and told you about my countless disasters, you nicknamed me Leelee disaster lol. I had the pleasure of being friends with Doc Whisper for a couple years. I first hung out with him giving out free hugs in Los Angeles which I think is a perfect depiction of the kind of soul he was. He was extremely kind-hearted and good natured and really wanted the best for people. I'm sad to hear that he has passed away. I hope he is in a better place now. I'll never forget hanging out and freestyling together. We parted ways a few years ago and I really wish I had reached out to reconnect before it was too late. He was a great writer and rapper as well and I wish the best for his friends and family. 

Peter used his love of poetry, the written word, and hip hop to impact lives for the better. Even in times of darkness, he would offer encouragement and serve the least fortunate with food, clothes, and prayers. His personal struggles could never take away his love for the Lord and his people. I’ll never forget your work with the homeless on Skid Row, and all the ciphers I got to witness. God is merciful and knows your heart, my friend. Rest In Peace, Peter.
